On behalf of the Lebanese American University School of Pharmacy – Department of Pharmacy Practice, I am delighted to invite you to the upcoming pharmacy practice conference titled “Pharmacy Forward: Advancing Patient Care,” scheduled for Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the Irwin Auditorium, LAU Beirut campus. A virtual attendance option will also be available. 

Our updated program features a full-day scientific agenda, thoughtfully curated to explore the innovations and challenges shaping modern pharmacy practice. Key sessions include themes such as professional identity formation, the evolving landscape of hospital and sterile compounding practices, recent developments in pharmacotherapy, and stewardship initiatives in antimicrobial and antithrombotic therapy. We are also excited to highlight the transformative role of digital health and artificial intelligence, with expert speakers addressing AI integration, human factors engineering, and pharmacy informatics.

We are honored to host a distinguished lineup of speakers, panelists and moderators from Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, fostering an international pharmacy dialogue. The program will offer continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits and feature interactive Q&A sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
