Dr. Ramadan joined the Lebanese American University School of Pharmacy as part-time faculty member in 2000, then as full-time Clinical Faculty in October 2007. Before joining the School, she assumed diverse professional roles as part-time faculty member at the Lebanese Technical University in the School of Nursing; hospital pharmacist and Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) consultant at Alaeddine Hospital; hospital/oncology pharmacist and CSSD Consultant at Beirut Governmental University Hospital where she was a member of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics and Infection Control Committees; and as community pharmacist.
